Marjorie Kehe was the first name I knew at the Monitor. From the start, I was grateful for the opportunity she gave me -- giving me a chance not just at CSM, but in journalism. But I also wish I could thank Marjorie for the kindness, intelligence, and especially the deep grace that I came to admire so much in her. It was a gift to work for Marjorie: someone ever-thoughtful, unshakable, who made people feel not only cared for but respected, even during our first days as bewildered newcomers. Since meeting her, I’ve asked myself, “How would Marjorie handle this?” many times, and I know there will be many more. -Molly
