Marjorie Kehe was the first face (or voice - it was a long-distance phone interview) of The Christian Science Monitor for a newly graduated journalism major. During my hiring process, she offered helpful advice about the move and flexibility about my start date due to my sister's wedding. After I arrived in Back Bay, she blended high standards of journalism with skilled mentoring of the still-new-to-this human trying to learn what it meant to write for TCSM. Through her example, I grew to understand and respect the Christian Science faith tremendously, and I hope I grew to make a tiny contribution to TCSM. I am sure her friends and family must miss her tremendously - my thoughts and prayers, as well as gratitude for her, are with you. - Lucy Schouten
