Marjorie was the first person I met at the Christian Science Monitor when I started working there as an intern. She was kind, caring and always there for me. once I told her that she's like a mother to us interns and she said "I 'am' your mother here". She was the first person that encouraged me to write book reviews and would always help me get better at writing reviews. Dearest Marjorie, I will never forget your kind eyes and warm smile. In fact, I don't think I have ever seen you without a beautiful smile on your face. Thanks for being my editor, teacher and east coast mom! You will be greatly missed. XOXO- Denise
