I met Marjorie many years ago through my sister Evie as they were thick-as-thieves best friends. Most of our conversations over many years took place at restaurants, theater outings and special occasion celebrations, but I always looked forward to each opportunity to spend time with her. This was due not just to her certain intellect, intuitive understanding, and infectious laugh (which I can still hear in my mind), but her kind and generous nature. She was very special, and my heart aches knowing she is gone. I send my deepest condolences to John and family.
